Job summary

Array Labs is seeking a Technical Communications Lead to shape how we tell our story to customers, investors, and partners. This hands-on role combines writing, design, and production of materials for high-stakes conversations across investor decks, capability briefs, and leave-behinds.

You will develop messaging, translate technical content for diverse audiences, and own the narrative architecture guiding external engagement. Hybrid work is available in Redwood City, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrated ability to translate highly technical content for non-technical audiences.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in writing, communications, marketing, investor relations, or producing presentations.
• Proven ability to extract clear narratives from engineers and experts for diverse audiences.
• Strong writing and slide design with ownership of content, data visuals, and layout.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with attention to product consistency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop messaging strategy for new markets, product launches, and business development.
• Own the overarching narrative framework across external audiences including investors and government partners.
• Translate highly technical content into accessible, compelling narratives through writing and visuals.
• Build and maintain pitch decks, briefing materials, and presentations for government and commercial audiences.
• Craft persuasion-focused copy that communicates Array Labs’ value propositions and products.
• Design slide layouts and produce data visuals to make complex concepts clear and engaging.
• Contribute to marketing and pitch materials with compelling narratives for target audiences.
