Job summary

Slkshield is seeking a Chief Technology & Systems Architect to be the technical visionary and hands-on leader for our digital infrastructure. You will design scalable systems, guide engineering teams, and align tech initiatives with business goals.

You will own roadmaps, oversee cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensure security, uptime, and performance, and drive modernization through ERP/integration projects while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience with at least 5 years in senior roles.
• Deep expertise in system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, etc.) highly valued.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and IT teams.
• Design comprehensive technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient system infrastructure.
• Oversee development of internal tools, customer-facing platforms, and integrations.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive strategic technology adoption.
• Manage technology budget, vendor relationships, and infrastructure investments.
• Ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance across all digital platforms.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and automation projects.
