AT&T is seeking a Lead Technical Sourcing Management professional to lead end‑to‑end sourcing for emerging technologies. You will set strategy, select suppliers, and negotiate agreements to enable cross‑functional programs.

Expect data‑driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing supplier performance management in a large technology environment. Role requires 5+ years of experience, a BS/BA, and proficiency in cost analysis, risk management, and security controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Experience leading significant sourcing initiatives with strategic autonomy and measurable business impact.
• Experience influencing executive decisions through data‑driven recommendations and cross‑functional alignment.
• Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced staff through complex sourcing work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for emerging technologies that align to business roadmaps.
• Lead supplier selection activities, including market research, competitive comparisons, and stakeholder alignment.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to deliver favorable terms and clear deliverables.
• Own ongoing supplier management—performance reviews, issue resolution, and adherence to security controls.
• Partner with business units to provide cost analysis, risk assessments, and recommendations for executive decisions.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and proactively manage sourcing risks to ensure compliance and continuity.
