Job summary

Broadway Ventures, a HUBZone-certified small business, seeks an ambitious Strategic Talent Recruiter to join our Proposal/Business Development team in a hybrid role. The candidate will recruit engineers for aerospace/defense and related manufacturing roles, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate with leadership and clients to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sourcing via major platforms, and experience with remote hiring and vendor systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruiting engineers for aerospace/defense/advanced manufacturing (manufacturing, process, quality, test, and industrial engineers; electrical and mechanical engineers).
• Boolean and database sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ClearanceJobs).
• Develop and maintain a recruiting tracker.
• Experience working with hiring managers remotely.
• Reads local pay and competition for each market.
• Experience with contract labor or staff augmentation for a defense prime.
• Familiar with vendor management systems (Fieldglass/Beeline) and fast submittal formatting to prime templates.
• Associate's degree in Business Management or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with corporate leadership and proposal team on qualifications needed for each position.
• Utilize RFP/RFQ documents to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Search job boards and social media outlets for qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Obtain Letters of Intent (LOI) for qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with BD/Capture team to review and select qualified candidates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and other businesses.
