Job summary

Saransh Inc is seeking a Tech Project Manager to lead the control portfolio for the branch banker servicing platform. This role requires 8+ years of experience and is based in San Francisco or Phoenix, AZ with Day 1 onsite attendance.

You will manage daily delivery, coordinate audits, and drive dashboards and control monitoring across the program. Responsibilities include roadmap management, dependency coordination, risk tracking, and cross‑functional governance.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience coordinating with product ownership, technology, and business teams.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day control portfolio delivery for the branch banker servicing platform.
• Coordinate regular testing engagements with first and second line partners for audits and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans with milestones and success criteria.
• Track initiative health and report risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Manage roadmap planning and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Identify dependencies and escalate blockers; drive release readiness and governance activities.
• Provide standardized status reporting and governance across the program.
