Job summary

WPS is seeking a Senior Technical Program & Portfolio Manager in Madison, WI, to drive cross-functional initiatives and governance from conception through execution. You will orchestrate hybrid delivery across engineering, product, and operations, ensuring alignment to strategy, measurable impact, and transparent reporting to senior leadership.

You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and change control, facilitate executive forums, and optimize investment while maintaining delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in technical program or project management.
• 3+ years at a senior or portfolio level.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe/LeSS.

• Establish and evolve portfolio governance and operating rhythm.
• Lead cross-functional programs across delivery disciplines and multiple teams.
