Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-budget delivery, alignment with the technology roadmap, and meaningful improvements in efficiency and staff satisfaction. Reports to the VP of IT & Integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing technology implementation, integration, or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of enterprise systems integration, data management, and digital transformation principles.
• Exceptional project planning, organization, collaboration, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external firms, technical teams, and leaders; facilitate decision-making and updates.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions; drive resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and change management records.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures; forecast and report financials.
• Lead medium-sized Ocean Conservancy projects as primary PM, coordinating planning and reporting.
