Job summary

SAP is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Technology Strategy and Enablement in Herndon, Virginia. This role involves supporting the alignment of SAP NS2's platforms with U.S. security requirements and customer missions.

You will coordinate technology vision and roadmap execution while ensuring compliance with federal requirements. The position requires significant experience in technology program management and familiarity with enterprise cloud platforms.

The compensation range for this position is $131,000 to $271,600 USD annually, depending on factors such as experience and location.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technology program management, IT transformation, or enterprise SaaS/cloud delivery.
• Experience supporting programs related to S/4HANA, SaaS, PaaS, or other enterprise cloud platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, either in product/platform delivery or internal IT/process modernization.

Responsibilities

• Support the communication of NS2’s technology strategy across S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and internal IT systems.
• Assist with internal IT business enablement efforts, including modernizing core platforms, improving business processes, and supporting automation initiatives.
• Help coordinate enterprise AI adoption activities, enabling customer-facing platforms and internal operations to leverage AI/ML.
