Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 4 years in a Tech Program Manager role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data systems (Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka).
• Strong analytics and problem-solving, data-informed prioritization, and bias for action.

• Translate complex technical concepts and trade-offs into clear business impacts and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Anticipate, surface, and mitigate risks, escalating when needed while driving solutions independently and decisively
• Define, track, and communicate key program metrics to measure progress, velocity, quality, and outcomes
• Provide clear, executive-ready communication and reporting to senior and C-level stakeholders
• Roll up your sleeves when necessary—diving into technical details, clarifying requirements, and removing blockers to maintain momentum
