Citi is seeking a Technology Product Management Lead Analyst to own platform product strategies and releases, influencing cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business value. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a track record of building complex models across product lines.

The position is based in Irving, TX, offering a hybrid work arrangement, and a salary range aligned with Citi’s technology product leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning.
• Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.
• Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and influence across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the working backwards documents for a platform product release
• Uses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify benchmarks for solving business problems
• Identifies innovations and leads test and learn experiments to create platform products that increase customer value
• Defines and measures the KPIs for a platform product
• Makes trade‑off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio
• Develops business and platform requirements for platform components or narrow products
• Leverages tools such as Ignite for API and platform services reusability
• Determines release goals for a platform product or component
• Identifies best practices for continuous product development improvement
