- Leads the working backwards documents for a platform product release.
- Uses research, studies and focus groups to benchmark solutions.
- Identifies innovations and leads test/learn experiments for value.
- Defines and measures KPIs for a platform product.
- Makes trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio.
- Develops requirements for a component of a large product.
- Leverages Ignite for API/platform service reusability.
- Sets release goals for a platform component or a large product.
- Identifies best practices for continuous product development.
- Assesses risk with respect to compliance and reputation.
