Job summary

Mobility is seeking a Senior Technology Procurement Specialist to own end-to-end management of its technology supplier ecosystem in Centreville, VA. You will partner with the Technology Sourcing lead to run sourcing initiatives, vendor onboarding, renewals, and oversight of performance and risk.

The role emphasizes analytical, governance-driven work across networking, infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, and cybersecurity vendors, with a focus on TCO, cost optimization, and contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement, vendor management, technology operations, or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret contract, licensing, and spend data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience cross-functionally with Technology, Legal, Finance, and Risk teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS, infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity vendors.
• Familiarity with licensing models and cloud consumption billing.
• Experience supporting RFPs or vendor negotiations.
• Familiarity with procurement or CLM tools (Coupa strongly preferred).
• Exposure to third-party risk management or security review processes.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing initiatives across networking, infrastructure, SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud.
• Prepare supplier analyses, cost models, benchmarking, and usage assessments.
• Assist in negotiation data collection and market intelligence.
• Track contract terms, renewal milestones, and pricing commitments.
• Support TCO analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and system setup.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Information Security on security/compliance.
• Maintain contract metadata and documentation in procurement systems.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Assist in QBR preparation and reporting of spend by vendor and renewals.
• Support renewal planning and identify consolidation opportunities.
