Job summary

Point72 Asset Management, L.P. in New York seeks a senior procurement lead for its Finance team. You will own technology procurement end-to-end, negotiating SaaS agreements and enterprise licenses to align with the firm's technology strategy and governance.

You will develop TCO analyses, benchmark pricing, and manage supplier relationships to drive cost savings while maintaining risk controls and data integrity across contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience focused on software, SaaS, or technology
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, law, supply chain management, or related analytical discipline
• Experience in financial services procurement or regulated environments and with procurement platforms
• Proven experience negotiating SaaS, software agreements, and enterprise licenses
• Strong contract review skills covering renewals, price escalators, IP, data-use rights, and audits
• Experience leading full competitive sourcing processes from scoping to award

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology procurement for Point72, shaping high-value agreements
• Lead negotiations for SaaS, software subscriptions, and professional services contracts
• Identify key terms: renewals, price escalators, data rights, audits, SLAs
• Benchmark pricing and commercial structures to optimize costs
• Build total cost of ownership analyses and business cases
• Structure deals aligned with forecasted usage and business needs
• Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, amendments, and SOW oversight
• Monitor spend, supplier performance, market conditions, and renewal timelines
