Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate, Tech Learning Project Manager to drive learning program management for the Professional Tech Upskilling curriculum. You will own needs analysis, build the learning roadmap, and coordinate with vendors and internal SMEs to deliver multi-modal learning solutions.

Ideal candidates will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partner across matrixed teams, and translate business goals into learner-centered experiences that drive impact.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and define new initiatives for business impact.
• Proven track record of excellent project or event management in dynamic environments.
• Effective written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning program management for Professional Tech Upskilling curriculum.
• Own learning needs analysis and stakeholder relationships to create learning roadmap.
• Partner with vendors, internal SMEs and others to deliver learning in various modalities.
• Identify and escalate issues/risks in delivery and collaborate with engineering to implement solutions.
