Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a Technical Lead for Data Integration, Warehousing & Analytics in Chantilly, VA. You will design and optimize data pipelines, data platforms, and analytics solutions to deliver trusted insights across the organization.

You will lead technical design sessions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, governance, and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, data integration, data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, and BI.
• Experience as a technical lead, senior engineer, or senior IC on complex data initiatives.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data integration pipelines with modern ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Architect ingestion from enterprise apps, databases, APIs into centralized platforms.
• Ensure reliable, scalable, governed data integration with monitoring and automation.
• Set standards for integrations, APIs, data contracts, and orchestration.
• Mentor data engineers, ETL developers, and BI analysts.
