Job summary

KBR is seeking a Federal Civilian BD Director (Data Analytics and AI) to lead business development for government customers. You will build and manage a robust pipeline of $200M+ opportunities, drive capture strategies, and coordinate with federal agencies to win large, high-impact programs.

Travel to KBR facilities and customer locations is required. The role demands deep government relations, leadership in BD activities, and a track record of delivering WIN themes for complex pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a total of 15+ years experience including 10+ years in industry and 5+ years in business development.
• Experience winning new business, single award contracts valued over $200M.
• Proven ability to work with senior industry and government leaders and to provide leadership within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage full BD life-cycle for federal civilian bids.
• Build pipeline for $200M+ opportunities across capture stages.
• Engage customers, shape procurements, and develop win strategies.
• Lead capture activities and proposal reviews.
• Coordinate meetings with government and industry partners.
• Lead milestone/gate reviews and white papers.
