• Advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior account management experience with Fortune 500 clients.
• Strong client relationship and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate status updates and manage client expectations throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Guide clients to achieve business objectives by identifying needs and overseeing changes to technical implementations.
• Work with account teams to ensure mutual objectives are met and support production websites.
• Lead all aspects of customer support to close quality and security issues and manage professional services requests.
