Job summary

This role focuses on translating customer priorities into executable plans, maturing technology, and guiding multi-portfolio execution with disciplined oversight of cost, schedule, performance, and risks. The ideal candidate will lead Agile delivery efforts, coordinate across government stakeholders, and drive transition planning from development

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of program management, project management, agile delivery, or related roles supporting DoD/federal programs.
• Experience leading or supporting Agile/Scrum teams with backlog management and delivery-metric analysis.
• Program Management or Agile certification(s) such as SPC or CSM.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory support to DoD customers and translate priorities into executable work plans.
• Manage multi-program R&D portfolios, monitor cost, schedule, and performance, and oversee risk.
• Lead agile planning and delivery across cross-functional teams including software, data, and cybersecurity.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful technology transition.
