Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney required.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation plus state/local tax.
• Proficient in tax and accounting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients.
• Elevate problem areas to ensure timely, accurate tax returns and projects.
• Consult with clients and escalate complex matters to senior staff.
• Lead projects, working independently with guidance on complex cases.
• Manage communications with client tax liaisons and trust teams.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and workflow.
• Oversee engagement deliverables and team resources to meet deadlines.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
