Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of talent, OE or HR business partnership experience.
• Ability to anticipate business needs and propose improvements.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication to diverse audiences.
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex talent matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LOB HR Talent Leaders to scope talent needs and use cases.
• Forecast future capabilities and align recommendations to strategies.
• Lead enterprise talent programs tailored to each LOB culture.
• Develop metrics for talent initiatives and monitor progress.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of new practices.
