The role includes initial candidate screening, sharing Axiom’s value proposition, tracking funnel metrics, and collaborating on talent brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sourcing, recruiting, HR, or strong administrative experience.
• Ability to develop remote relationships with candidates.
• Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
• Poise and maturity to interact with senior level attorneys.
• Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross functionally to understand recruitment needs across global offices.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates across channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coach candidates on interview process and expectations.
• Provide funnel metrics, market research, and data to recruiters.
