Job summary

Axiom Law in Chicago seeks a talented Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to design and execute creative sourcing strategies for our expanding legal talent footprint. You will identify candidates through inbound, passive, and active channels and guide them through the interview process.

You will work with the broader TA team to deliver pipeline metrics, support diversity initiatives, and build strong remote and in-person relationships across our offices.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year sourcing, recruiting, HR, or admin experience.
• Experience in a recruiting agency or in-house recruitment preferred.
• Excellent systems skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for legal talent.
• Screen candidates and coach on interview process and compensation expectations.
• Provide funnel and pipeline metrics and market insights to recruiters.
• Promote referral programs and build passive/active pipelines.
• Collaborate with Talent leadership to develop candidate pools for future needs.
