Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Legal Talent Recruitment Manager to drive our North America legal talent strategy in a hybrid, Chicago-based setting. You will recruit top-tier lawyers and legal professionals, manage full cycles, and partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs.

You will help shape recruitment plans, build a strong talent network, and promote the Axiom brand while aligning with our flexible in-office model and equal opportunity commitments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Legal industry experience required.
• Highly persuasive verbal communication and excellent written communication.
• Poise and maturity to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute North America Talent Acquisition strategy and attract top-tier legal talent.
• Serve as the primary contact for lawyers and legal candidates; manage full-cycle recruiting.
• Advise leaders across North America on industry talent trends and pipeline updates.
• Develop customized recruitment plans to attract lawyers and legal professionals.
• Build and maintain a robust network of legal talent and promote the Axiom brand.
