Job summary

Covenant Health in Knoxville, TN seeks a Talent Sourcing Specialist to strategically source passive and active candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs. You will develop campaigns, measure ROI, and support the Talent Acquisition team.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, marketing, and clinical partners to execute events and optimize recruiting outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2+ years in sourcing or recruitment are expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant degree or an equivalent combination of college course work and full time work experience.
• Two (2) years of experience in strategic talent sourcing, human resources, or a recruitment position. Experience using ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Partners with talent acquisition leadership to provide candidate sourcing support using pipelines, employment data, resume databases, social media, and effective job ads.
• Develops sourcing plans in collaboration with stakeholders and implements drip marketing campaigns to students; tracks ROI.
• Plans and supports recruiting events with leadership and clinical representatives, providing lead capture, logistics, and other support.
• Continuously develops candidate pipelines and collaborates with Covenant marketing to stay ahead of market trends.
• Sources hard to find passive talent through diverse channels and screens leads for recruiters in a timely manner.
