Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; master's preferred.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex HR initiatives.
• Strong project management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM support to the HR executive team by organizing and advancing executive HR strategies and initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and documentation across HR workstreams.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to drive sustained outcomes.
• Define and document project scope, timelines, success metrics, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional HR projects for the HR executive leader.
• Lead change management efforts and develop communications plans.
• Develop and apply HRIS and IT applications knowledge to projects.
• Use data-driven ROI to establish KPIs for HR strategies and initiatives.
• Follow policies, participate in quality initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned.
