Job summary

Ares Management is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the Global Human Resources team. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development across Ada’s global data center and Digital Infrastructure businesses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR with at least 8 as HRBP for senior leaders.
• Experience in financial services, tech services, or professional services.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Workday preferred.
• Strong HR data, reporting, and headcount tracking.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, headcount forecasting and tracking.
• Collaborate with recruiting and hiring managers to track pipelines and align to plans.
• Oversee onboarding activities and global employee lifecycle processes.
• Advise on employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
• Support performance management cycles and calibration processes.
• Develop and maintain recurring HR reports (headcount, attrition, changes).
• Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and reporting outputs.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders for consistent execution across geographies.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for managers on HR processes and initiatives.
