Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Manager, Talent Programs & Initiatives to translate strategy into executable projects, programs, recruitment activations, and external partnerships that support emerging talent and employer brand priorities.

You will drive stakeholder enablement, develop rollout plans, and oversee recruitment events while strengthening talent pipelines and program delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in project management, program management, talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, employer brand, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate established business priorities into actionable project plans, recruitment activations, partnerships, and program solutions.
• Lead execution of talent pipeline initiatives for priority communities and Red Bull programs addressing business needs.
• Facilitate project meetings, assign ownership and milestones, drive alignment and accountability.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks with escalation paths for timely delivery.
• Partner with TA leaders to understand talent needs and implement pipeline priorities.
• Develop rollout plans, training materials, toolkits, and FAQs to clarify changes and new talent solutions.
• Plan and deliver recruiting events and experiences with budgets, timelines, and vendor management.
• Coordinate final-selection events and support interview readiness and stakeholder coordination.
• Define success measures and provide strategic recommendations based on outcomes and insights.
• Develop scalable playbooks and process documentation to improve efficiency.
