Job summary

NetApp is seeking a highly organized Program Manager, Talent Management, to join our Talent Management team. You will support planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of talent programs, processes, communications, and enablement resources that help employees and managers grow, perform, and thrive at NetApp.

This individual contributor role works across functions, managing defined workstreams and applying sound judgment to solve challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, project coordination, HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, or related function.
• Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, details, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for audience-appropriate materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data organization, trackers, summaries, and reporting.
• Experience using SharePoint to organize, maintain, and publish content and resources.
• Comfort using AI technology to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or align with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of Talent Management programs, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage defined workstreams within Talent Management priorities such as performance, development, and succession.
• Translate program goals into project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and actions.
• Maintain trackers, status updates, meeting notes, decision logs, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate across Talent Management, HRBPs, People Analytics, Communications, and IT to support delivery.
• Identify opportunities to streamline routines and improve program operations.
