Job summary

Pilgrim’s Employment Manager role focuses on leading recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning to attract top talent. You will coordinate with plant leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently while enhancing the candidate and new hire experience.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least two years of HR leadership experience, with strong MS Office and HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources related field.
• Two years of prior HR/Employment leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruiting and staffing for hourly and salaried positions.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and I-9 completion processes.
• Develops recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Prepares and analyzes employment metrics and workforce data.
• Supports onboarding and retention initiatives.
