Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of ATS software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and multitasking.
• Ability to analyze data to make strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of recruiting policies, practices, and principles.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs and source top talent.
• Collaborate with HR to understand hiring trends within practice groups and support recruiting processes.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create recruiting plans.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and present recommendations to managers.
• Analyze candidate experience to prepare competitive offers with staff compensation.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and provide feedback on candidate fit.
• Establish sourcing pipelines for key Firm positions.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and internal candidate management records.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of ATS and internal systems.
