Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP in Chicago seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Staff Professionals to own the full cycle of non-attorney recruiting, align staffing with practice group needs, and partner with hiring managers to plan and execute effective recruiting strategies.

You will review resumes, conduct phone screens, collaborate with HR and compensation to craft competitive offers, and maintain accurate ATS records while contributing to a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• At least 3 years of related recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of ATS software and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-attorney roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create recruiting plans.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and present candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation to develop competitive offers and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and related systems.
