Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of community work experience.
• High school diploma with 6 years of related experience accepted.
• Equivalent combination with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish recruiting strategies by studying plans and meeting managers.
• Research and contact community organizations and schools for sourcing.
• Plan and lead virtual hiring fairs using Zoom/Teams.
• Determine required skills by reviewing qualification requirements.
• Attract applicants by coordinating with citywide recruitment agencies and offices.
• Use social media to promote opportunities and employer brand.
• Participate in panel interviews and advise hiring managers.
• Build employer brand across NYC and attend community events.
• Review civil service tasks to align with vacancy responsibilities.
• Oversee HR Job Posting Process and postings distribution.
• Serve as primary contact for Vacancy Posting Process and initial inquiries.
