Nordson is seeking a Specialist II, Talent Acquisition to own the full cycle recruitment and manage the candidate experience. You will build effective pipelines to access top talent and partner with internal customers to meet hiring needs.

This role emphasizes sourcing across communities, coordinating postings, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while maintaining high standards of data integrity and process efficiency. Manufacturing experience is a plus; Workday/ATS familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• 2–4 years of experience using staffing tools and ATS/HRIS platforms.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus; Experience with Workday HRIS/ATS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate full recruitment life cycle for openings, including posting, screening, and scheduling.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and participate in interview panels.
• Prepare and send offer letters and complete pre-employment testing and background checks.
• Facilitate onboarding and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Build applicant sources through community outreach, colleges, and social media.
• Maintain job postings and network to attract passive candidates.
