You will build effective pipelines, source top talent through networks and community partners, and deliver timely, high-quality service to internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with staffing tools such as ATS, HRIS, job boards, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for openings in a consultative manner.
• Coordinate posting, screening, and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Conduct pre-screenings and interviews; build candidate pipelines.
• Prepare offers, conduct pre-employment testing, and reference checks.
• Facilitate onboarding and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Leverage networks and community sources to find passive candidates.
• Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system and reporting.
