You will handle screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding coordination, and ATS maintenance while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. Travel expectations up to 50% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies required.
• Experience recruiting for field/technical roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Create accurate job descriptions and postings with hiring managers.
• Identify ways to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, social media, referrals, events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend candidates.
• Collaborate on offers and employment terms within company guidelines.
