Job summary

Birch Family Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist at its administrative office in New York, NY. The role covers onboarding, training coordination, orientation, and full life-cycle recruitment across entry to senior levels.

You will partner with HR leadership to meet staffing goals, advise management on HR issues, and build relationships with academic and professional networks to drive future hires. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least two years of provider recruiting experience in healthcare and/or social services.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of state and city employment trainings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist in development and delivery of mandated employment trainings.
• Coordinate employee orientation and full life-cycle recruitment from entry to senior level.
• Recruit, screen, and recommend placement of staff using creative sourcing methods.
• Consult management on HR-related issues and develop integrated solutions.
• Develop partnerships with universities and professional affiliations for recruitment strategy.
