Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting, staffing or HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and hiring-manager partnership.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and teams.
• Workday Recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned requisitions and candidate pipelines in Workday Recruiting.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, networking, career fairs and other channels.
• Build talent pools for recurring, high-volume, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Assess candidates and present calibrated finalists to hiring managers.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
• Advise hiring managers on interview criteria, expectations, and decisions.
• Use recruiting data to improve processes and hiring results.
