Primary duties include researching and collecting data for complex and substantially varied issues, identifying sources for needed information, and collecting data and inputs to spreadsheets and databases.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with additional post-secondary education or training and at least 5 years office and related experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Highly advanced written and oral communication, organization, problem-solving, and PC skills strongly preferred.
• Background in data management is preferred in the utilization of spreadsheets with formulas, document management, attention to detail as it relates to data/numeric fields, execution of programs and a focus on quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Researching and collecting data for complex and substantially varied issues and data needs.
• Identifies sources for needed information.
• Collects data and inputs data to spreadsheets and databases.
• May also coordinate support issues such as meetings, conference calls, and temporary personnel. Performs other duties as assigned
