Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a recruiting team and directly manage priority, complex requisitions. You will translate enterprise workforce priorities into market-specific strategies, drive hiring outcomes, and ensure disciplined execution across the full recruitment cycle.

You will partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders, leverage market intelligence and analytics, and stay involved in sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Two or more years of experience leading talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience leading recruiting teams with accountability for service delivery and outcomes.
• Experience using recruiting data and funnel metrics to diagnose performance.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of priority, complex requisitions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing TA team.
• Translate workforce plans into proactive recruiting strategies.
• Monitor requisition health and intervene to improve outcomes.
