Lutron Electronics is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle hiring for professional roles in Coopersburg, PA, Conshohocken, PA, or Austin, TX. You will drive recruitment processes and work closely with business leaders to meet staffing needs. A minimum of 7 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably with agency and corporate recruiting experience, is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a proven track record of successfully filling specialized, technical, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned or 10+ years of professional experience post-academics.
• A combination of agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience is preferred.

• Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned business functions, sharing best practices informally across the team.
• Contribute to the development and execution of recruiting strategies that build strong pipelines of high quality talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
