Job summary

Colossus Search Group is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and optimize hiring processes across the organization. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, build a strong employer brand, and mentor a team to attract top talent in a competitive market.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage the ATS and metrics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while upholding compliance and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of filling roles across multiple departments and seniority levels.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance best practices.
• Experience with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters or coordinators.
• Own and optimize the ATS and recruitment metrics/reporting.
• Develop and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and staffing partners.
• Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continually improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
