Job summary

Lawyers For Justice P.C is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition in Glendale, CA to drive senior-level recruitment and organizational development. You will partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build proactive pipelines, and enhance employer branding and candidate experience.

The role requires 7+ years in talent acquisition/development (3+ in senior roles), strong business acumen, and excellent communication and leadership skills. The position is full-time and on-site in Glendale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Communications.
• Advanced degree preferred: MS, MBA, JD with emphasis in Leadership, Psychology or Organizational Development.
• 7+ years in talent acquisition and/or development, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role.
• Experience within the Professional Services Industry, with a growth-oriented Law Firm preferred.
• Proven experience in organizational development, training, and/or talent management.
• Strong business acumen & ability to align People strategy with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and specialized roles.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
• Partner with external recruiters and staffing agencies, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to support hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
• Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning.
• Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and provide targeted development solutions.
• Assess organizational needs and strengthen culture, engagement, and retention; measure training effectiveness.
