Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a data-driven Talent Acquisition leader to oversee all aspects of recruiting across the organization. You will design strategic initiatives to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a diverse, high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition incl. strategy & implementation.
• 5+ years leading a full-cycle recruiting team in a global, high-growth org.
• Experience in multi-unit hospitality or retail brand.
• Proven DEI&B initiatives experience.
• Measurable employer branding impact.
• Experience using data/analytics to measure outcomes and share insights with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong relationship management and influencing abilities.
• Agility, resilience, and tenacity in changing environments.
• 5% travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team with clear productivity goals.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy aligned to goals.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, job boards, universities and other sources for diverse pipelines.
• Lead process improvements to meet changing organizational needs and remove recruitment obstacles.
• Elevate Topgolf’s employment brand and value proposition in the marketplace.
• Educate leadership and the broader organization on best-in-class recruiting practices.
