KIPP Capital Region in Albany, NY seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition & Attraction to lead and scale our recruitment and talent strategy. You will oversee a high-volume team, drive diversity and inclusion, and partner with Marketing, Equity, and school leaders to recruit top talent for School & Regional roles.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in leadership, and experience in education or urban settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3+ years in leadership roles leading Talent teams preferred.
• Experience in schools/urban environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and EVP.
• Mentor and coach the Talent Team to drive results and cost-effectiveness.
• Partner with HR Equity and organizational leaders to advance talent initiatives.
