Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, learning and development, or related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes required.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services or fast-paced client service environment preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in developing broader HR Generalist knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional staff across assigned departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, descriptions, and strategies.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Screen candidates, assess qualifications, and present recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offers.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity in Workday and systems.
• Develop candidate pipelines and analyze HR metrics to improve sourcing.
• Support onboarding and learning initiatives; assist with HR projects.
