Job summary

Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is seeking a human resources professional to manage the talent acquisition program and oversee benefits responsibilities, including enrollment, claims support, and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating open enrollment, educating employees on benefit programs, managing ACA, and guiding onboarding and new hire orientation. A Bachelor’s degree and HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR.
• Thorough knowledge of Recruitment Processes.
• Knowledge of Benefit and 401(k) plans.
• Knowledge of benefit counseling.
• Ability to access, input, analyze and retrieve information from computers.
• Ability to maintain excellent relations with staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits enrollment and claims support.
• Coordinate benefits open enrollment and educate employees.
• Oversee ACA management.
• Leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition process: determine needs, post, source, interview, background checks, onboarding.
