Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City, OK seeks an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering the ET&S scope for the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers division. You will oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance with cross-functional partners and ensure program success.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in systems engineering, 2+ years leading multidisciplinary teams, and strong communication. This role is 100% onsite and requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience in systems engineering.
• 2+ years leading multi-disciplinary engineering and integration teams.
• Experience with major milestone reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Systems Engineering scope of work for ET&S within MS&B.
• Direct cost, schedule, and technical execution of the SOW.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop employees; drive engagement and growth.
• Coordinate plans and ensure delivery against budget and objectives.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership and customers.
