Job summary

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Strategic Systems Engineer to support a Department of Defense intelligence customer, translating operational needs into rigorous engineering artifacts using DoDAF/UAF. You will decompose complex problems, identify technical solutions, and synthesize inputs from stakeholders across Services and Combatant Commands.

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required; MBSE tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems engineering experience, with the last 2 years in the role.
• DoDAF and UAF proficiency required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational needs into rigorous DoDAF/UAF artifacts for a joint intelligence capability.
• Decompose complex problems, identify technical solutions, and assess tradeoffs.
• Support capability-based planning and lifecycle analysis across services.
