Job summary

Kforce has a client seeking a Systems Analyst in Durham, NC who will partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, analyze systems, and document specifications. You will translate needs into user stories, support API integration, and lead end-to-end technology initiatives from planning to deployment.

The role requires strong Agile experience, cross-functional collaboration, and solid knowledge of SQL databases, with responsibility for delivery, risk management, and KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements, use cases, and functional specs.
• Analyze systems/workflows to propose scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain system documentation, data flows, and process diagrams.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support API analysis, data mapping, and integration design.
• Collaborate with engineering/architecture to ensure feasibility and design alignment.
• Participate in testing phases, defect triage, validation, and production support.
• Communicate complex tech concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from intake to production deployment.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps aligned with priorities.
