Job summary

Memorial Hospital of Gardena in Gardena, CA is seeking a System Director of Case Management to lead the hospital's case management program across the Los Angeles service area. This leadership role directs a team of case management directors, managers, and supervisors to ensure coordinated, high-quality care that meets clinical, operational, and regulatory standards.

The System Director will oversee policy development, performance improvement, and reporting of KPI metrics, while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Clinical Nursing, required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in case management, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity or higher, required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the operations of the hospital case management departments at Pipeline Health.
• Evaluate and develop a case management program at Pipeline utilizing a system approach.
• Oversee leadership staff in the case management department, including hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary action.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations pertaining to case management.
• Drive LOS initiatives with hospital case management leadership, physician advisor and nursing leadership.
